Coach Notes Nirukt is a dedicated child. He has to work more on self confidence. He is quite disciplined and regular in classes. He knows all the strokes but has to work more on endurance , strength and technique.

Proposed plan for the next three months:

  • Month 1:

    • Focus on improving endurance through longer practice sessions.
    • Incorporate interval training to build stamina.
    • Work on refining technique for all strokes.
    • Implement drills to enhance strength and power.
    • Assign regular practice exercises to be done outside of coaching hours.
  • Month 2:

    • Continue to work on endurance by increasing the duration of practice sessions.
    • Introduce specific strength training exercises targeted towards swimming.
    • Focus on perfecting technique for individual strokes.
