Talent Release Form Agreement

This Talent Release Form ("Agreement") is entered into as of 27-07-2024 by and between talent-release, here in after referred to as the "Model," and PUSH SPORTS ARENAS PVT LTD, here in after referred to as the "Company." In the case of talent below the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian must provide consent as outlined in this Agreement. Parent/Guardian Name

1. Permission Granted:

Model here by grants Company the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and videos taken during the photo/video shoot on or after 27-07-2024, for advertising and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, usage on social media platforms, websites, promotional materials, and any other marketing channels.

2. Rights and Ownership:

Model acknowledges and agrees that all rights, title, and interest in and to the photographs and videos, including any copyrights therein, shall be owned exclusively by the Company. Model hereby waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the advertising copy that may be used in connection with the photographs and videos.

3. Duration of Use:

Company has the right to use the photographs and videos in perpetuity. Model understands that once the photographs and videos are published, they may be shared and disseminated by third parties, and the Company cannot control or prevent such use.

4. Compensation:

Model agrees that they are not entitled to any further compensation for the use of the photographs and videos as described in this Agreement, beyond the professional fees already decided and paid.

5. Release and Indemnification:

Model releases and discharges the company, its agents, representatives, and employees from all claims, demands, and causes of action that the Model, their heirs, representatives, executors, or any other third parties may have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or videos.

6. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gurgaon. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction there of.

7. Confidentiality:

Model agrees to keep confidential any information related to the photo/video shoot that is not publicly disclosed by the Company.

I have perused the foregoing provisions and hereby affirm my assent to the terms and conditions delineated there in. Date 27-07-2024
